This monographic conceived within SICUR -the major International Comprehensive Security and Safety Trade Fair organised by IFEMA – will be held in a special and innovative hybrid edition (online + in-person) from 1 July to 30 September, with the aim of contributing to the recovery of economic activity and the necessary adaptation of companies and businesses for protection against Covid. With this project, in fact, IFEMA offers to bring together the offer and demand for biosafety protection and to provide all of the useful information on protocols and measures that the involved sectors are developing in reply to the Covid emergency: so, there will be solutions, equipment, products and suppliers, as well as the protocols and measures necessary to adapt buildings, factories, offices, workshops and all types of establishments and businesses to the current situation. In-person meetings will take place at IFEMA, on the 14 and 15 July 2020, and they will provide the chance to see products directly, in a safe environment.
An initiative that reinforces and confirms the role of IFEMA and Sicur in the field of safety. In fact, this past edition of SICUR 2020, held from 25 to 28 February in Madrid, saw the participation of 706 exhibitors and 2,016 firms, with over 42,800 professional visitors. Many events, in fact, enriched SICUR 2020, starting from SICUR RESILIENCIA organised in collaboration with PESI (Spanish Technology Platform on Industrial Safety), offering a busy conference agenda around the theme of Resilience for Companies and Organisations. This was followed by SICUR CYBER and SICUR MUNDO HACKER on the theme of cybersecurity. Always cutting-edge in terms of innovation and research, not to be forgotten at Sicur 2020 were SICUR START-UPS and SICUR INNOVATION GALLERY, with the presentation of 33 state-of-the-art projects in terms of design and technology, as well as the traditional SICUR FORUM, with over 50 sessions featuring leading experts and the participation of around 2,700 professionals.
